Moglia Advisors is a highly regarded national corporate turnaround and restructuring firm. We guide our clients through financial challenges by providing clarity, business judgment, and direction.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Turnaround Advisor, who will provide financial and operational advisory and management services to a wide range of clients, while developing and implementing restructuring and turnaround plans.  In addition, the Advisor will work with us to market our services and grow our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and operational analyses of distressed businesses.
• Develop restructuring and turnaround plans to address financial and operational challenges.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the restructuring and turnaround process.
• Collaborate with the Moglia Advisors team, as well as coordinate efforts with legal counsel, accountants and others to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
• Provide support on various ad-hoc projects and tasks, as needed.
• Travel 30%, typically in the Midwest and Midsouth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business administration, cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, capital restructuring, treasury management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work on projects at client locations and remotely.
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of software tools included in the Microsoft 365 suite such as Excel, Word, Teams, Power BI, Planner, and Power Automate, as well as Artificial Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
